The Gilbert Promotional Corporation is dedicated to promoting family values and keeping the spirit of western heritage alive in the hearts and minds of the community. The GPC membership is made up of volunteers from all walks of life who donate their talents and enthusiasm each year hosting events that have become a part of Gilbert’s history.
By becoming a member of the GPC* not only will you be helping to celebrate the rich traditions of the Southwest and Gilbert’s strong western heritage but you also receive the following benefits:
• FAMILY FUN NIGHT—Bring your family and your horses to enjoy an open arena at the Gilbert Rodeo Park every Sunday night.
• Receive FREE ADMISSION to most GPC sponsored events (does not include Gilbert Days events) for you and your family.
• BUILD NEW FRIENDSHIPS with other members of the community who share your appreciation of rodeo and the equestrian lifestyle.
*A GPC membership covers two heads-of-household and any children under the age of 18.
How do I join?
1. Download and complete the GPC Membership Enrollment Form. Click here to download.
If you are unable to download this form, then you can pick up an extra form at the meeting.
2. Bring your completed form and yearly dues of $45 to the GPC Membership Meeting.
GPC Membership Meeting
The GPC Membership Meeting is held every second Tuesday of the month from 6:30pm-8:30pm, in a state-of-the-art conference room inside the new San Tan Ford showroom. San Tan Ford is located off Val Vista and the 202 freeway in Gilbert.
At the meeting you will have the opportunity to meet the other members of the GPC, become aware of upcoming events, and volunteer for any committees or projects you would like to participate in.
