i am about 155cm can i ride a small pony? i really like small horses, what is the smallest pony i could ride?

hi, it really depends how heavy you are exactly. adults CAN ride even small ponies but in full fairness to the lettle guys you need to be sensible. I weigh 54kgs and the smallest i would go without having a guilt trip would be an adult pony no smaller then about 11/12hh. In saying that look at some of the asian countries, they have full grown adult men riding around on tiny little donkeys! A good breed for you would be an australian riding pony they mostly get around 11/12hh and are quite sturdy. anyway hope i could help even a little.

some horses are bred for your type really stocky shetlands can be ridden otherwise minitures can be ridden or exmore and dartmore ponys are good
