How should I adjust my saddle to prevent lower back pain?

My bike road measure perfectly, except that the saddle wasn 'friendly lower t. From The 'the VE has installed a new saddle (which is great for my bottom)' the VE that gets back pain after about half an hour of driving. The change of location is obviously the problem. What should I do? Spostilo forward, backward? Inclini upwards or downwards (en 'level S hour). More about? The lower?
